Tundra Magnuson 1900 Hub/Pulley Combo

RECOMMENDED SMALLEST PULLEY REQUIRES AT LEAST 650cc INJECTORS AND CUSTOM TUNING:

SEA LEVEL - 2000FT ELEVATION: 2.2

2000FT - 3500FT ELEVATION: 2.1

3500FT+ ELEVATION: 2.0

I personally recommend running larger injectors with most pulley changes, however people have been known to run the 2.3 pulley at sea level with the Magnuson green 535cc injectors. Consult with your tuner.

The hub is made from 300 series stainless steel, and the pulley is made from 6061-T6 aluminum. The hub is a press fit onto the TRD/Magnuson shaft, and allows the pulley to be swapped out in 15 minutes for a variety of sizes. The hub has a chamfered edge allowing for easy installation of the hub and belt in one motion instead of fighting to install the belt like a traditional pulley.

The pulley is held on with a redundant array of 12x 4-40 fasteners, meaning if you lose or break one, or even six fasteners, the pulley is not compromised. The pulley and hub have two integrated shear lugs that transfer torque between the belt and the supercharger, meaning the bolts only keep the pulley from falling off and allow for a superior and stronger load path than other options despite the small hub design.

The pulley is reversible and can be mounted on either face. The pulley and hub are corrosion resistant and arrive in a RAW form without coatings. Designed and machined in Utah.
